A number one horse and a number one hit.

Lambada is the name of a song that inspired a dance craze. It’s also the name of a horse that could inspire the equestrian world. She has all the attributes of a sport horse: an even stride, a consistent jump, carefulness and scope.
Lambada is built for performance with good bone plus impressive power and dynamics. Height is no obstacle for this light-footed mare and she clears everything she’s put at with room to spare. She’s a responsive horse with perfect manners that deserves to be carefully brought on and moved up through the grades. Another two of this lovely mare’s positive attributes are her strong nerves and sweet temperament.

Lambada captivates with her looks and then inspires with her performance. In her young career as a competition horse, Lambada has competed successfully outside Germany in young horse classes up to 1.30m, including some impressive clear rounds at the Belgium championship for six year old horses. She’s already jumped in her first 1.35m classes and is ready for national and international competitions.

Lambada’s sire Malito de Reve also sired Grand Cru van de Rozenberg (Jérôme Guery), Estoy Aqui de Muze (Kevin Staut) and is a descendant of world champion and top international jumping stallion, Cumano. Cumano won top-level classes around the globe with Jos Lansink and his pedigree includes the three very best Holstein breeding sires. His sire Cassini I was a successful international show jumper with Franke Sloothaak that adds Capitol’s genes to the pedigree. Cumano‘s dam Chanell is by Landgraf, son of the unforgettable stallion Ladykiller xx, and her grand-sire is Caletto II, a son of the bloodline’s founder, Cor de la Bryère. The dam, Eena-Harkness de Kalvarie, produced other youngsters that are performing well in young horse classes. She was sired by Conan Z, Gregory Wathelet’s top jumping horse. His forefathers, Concerto II and Caletto I, contribute coveted Holstein blood. Darco was Belgian rider Ludo Philippaert’s World Cup winning horse and sire to more than 3000 horses, many of which competed and are still competing at the highest levels of show jumping sport. Darco is one of the most significant jumping horse sires in modern history.

A dream horse for an ambitious rider.
Dance to the top with Lambada.
