Herzbube's a heartbreaker with ...

... a big future in show jumping.

This horse isn’t just smart, he’s also big on personality - the perfect gentleman with exceptional quality making a classic yet individual statement.
With Herzbube you have to think in different dimensions because he has unlimited scope, a great attitude, a perfectly balanced jump, the best rideability and an ideal temperament. In the competition arena he’s consistently dependable and always tries his heart out for his rider.

Herzbube has inherited much of his talent from his sire, Lord Pezi, a top international competition stallion with a catalogue of successful offspring. According to the WBFSH ranking, he’s one of the top show jumping horse sires. Sport horses by Lord Pezi that are already at the top of their game include Louis (Beat Mändli), Londinium (Lillie Keenan), Le-Champ (Mikhail Safronov) and Lariccello (Helen McNaught). He also has young offspring making names for themselves in young horse classes, at stallion licensing tests, auctions and championships. His sire, Lacros, son of legendary stallion Landgraf I, has collected an impressive amount of competition winnings and his dam, Miss Playback, has produced many sport horses. The dam’s sire Argentinus, one of the stalwarts of the Oldenburg show jumping horse breeding scene, is a producer of world-class jumping horses. Some of the most notable of his offspring are current team European Champion All Star (Denis Lynch), Anka (Marcus Ehning), Arko III (Nick Skelton), Adlantus As (Lars Nieberg), Asti Spumante (Thomas Mühlbauer) and a number of highly decorated dressage horses. Herzbube’s pedigree also benefits from the valuable genes of Grannus, one of the most successful German performance horse sires of all time.

Six year old Herzbube has already notched up over 30 wins with his lady rider, including 1.30m young horse wins with impressive scores and placings in regular classes up to 1.35m. He qualified for the six year old competition at the DKB Bundeschampionat - the German national championships for young horses - with a score of 8.7 in 2017 and is now ready for international youngster tours.

Herzbube is a one in a million horse with a grand prix career ahead of him.
