Holger Hetzel doesn’t just sell horses at his auction, he also caters to an international clientele during the rest of the year. To his delight, all the horses he’s sold are winning and competing successfully at showgrounds in Germany and elsewhere in the world. Ultimately, whether they’re jumping 80cm courses or international 1.60m courses, it’s the rider’s satisfaction with the horse’s performance and their individual achievements that count.
Some horses have competed in championships from regional to European level this season. Even to be selected to compete in a European championship is an achievement in itself. 2016 was again a great year for the former horses:
