Legioner fourth in Grand Prix of CSI3* Munich

To make a long story short: I really, really like the show in Munich. This years highlight: Legioner finished fourth in the Grand Prix of CSI3* Munich!

The atmosphere of the show is unique: For four straight days Pferd International Munich, southern Germany’s largest equine festival, offers nothing short of the highest level of competition, and a continuous top caliber performance from within the horse world is expected. The traditional show ground is unbelievable, the 70.000 visitors are enthusiast and the conditions for riders and horses are wonderful. The sun was shining all days and especially on Sunday afternoon during the Grand Prix atmosphere was breath-taking.

My personal highlight was the performance of my 15yp gelding Legioner. He was super fit, jumped with ease and gave me a very motivated feeling. In the 1.50m class on Thursday he was already clear. I didn’t participated in the jump- off, but still got a placing in this ranking class. On Sunday in the Grand Prix he was clear in the first 1.60m round and qualified for the second round with 14 other horses. Also in the second round he didn’t make a fault in the 1.60m course and finished fourth. I’ unbelievable happy about the result and also about the soundness of my sport partner.
