Great finals on Sunday

Last weekend our riders Tobi and Laurens and our young horses did an amazing job at the German Championships for young horses. All three horses qualified for the big final on Sunday and showed their exceptional quality in every class. The atmpshoere was unique, thousands of spectators watched the classes and the courses were really challenging.

Tobi presented the five year old gelding Dark Grey (by Diacasall) on a perfect manner. In the first qualification, a 1.30m class, they were scored with a 8.8 and finished second. On Friday Dark Grey jumped amazing again and placed fourth with a score of 8.5. Because of these great results they were qualified fort he big final on Sunday. Once again they showed a super round with a brilliant technique, but an unlucky fault kept them away from the second round.

Our two six year old horses have been ridden by Laurens and performed also super: Hakuna Matata (by Cartani) was clear in the first qualification. In the final for six year old horses on Sunday the gelding had one fault and was placed in the 1.35m class. Due Diligence (by Diamant de Semilly) presented clear rounds in both qualification and jumped also wonderful in the final class.

We are unbelievable proud of our three youngsters, they were so motivated, jumped amazing and were not impressed by the colourful show ground. All three horses showed that they are convinced that this is where they belong. And this makes us proud.
