Historic success for South Africa at the Nations Cup in Lisbon

Last week, Yanis and Chris travelled all the way to Portugal together with the horses of Ronnie Healy and Tamara Rueda, where both riders represented South Africa at the FEI CSIO3* Nations Cup in Lisbon. The journey went smoothly, the horses arrived fresh and fit, creating the perfect conditions for a successful weekend.

From a sporting perspective, the show could hardly have gone any better: the South African team sensationally secured second place in the Nations Cup, making history for their country. Ronnie Healy with Callaho Conner and Tamara Rueda with Callaho Liantos played a decisive role in this unforgettable success by delivering fantastic clear rounds. The show became especially exciting towards the end when it even came down to a jump-off for the victory. In the end, it was second place, but a result that felt like a win for the entire team.  And the best part: everyone arrived back home safe and sound, and the horses are now enjoying a well-deserved break with fresh grass and beautiful sunshine.

Both riders have trusted our team with the training and management of their horses for a long time, which makes us even prouder to celebrate this special achievement together with them and to be part of their European tour.

Congratulations to the entire team on this outstanding success!
