“Here comes the Man in Black”.

This licensed stallion with a dream pedigree is a tribute to his lineage.

Man in Black’s sire Dominator 2000 Z is often referred to as a “phenomenon”. He and his rider Christian Ahlmann won the prestigious grand prixs of Stockholm, Doha and Hamburg, as well as being abundantly placed at other top level CSI5* competitions. In addition to having an illustrious competition career, Dominator 2000 Z is an exceptional breeding stallion. His offspring dominate the field at most competitions, mainly because the majority of them have inherited their sire’s technique and powerful jumping action. This black stallion’s family tree definitely helped to produce a horse of this quality. It includes two world-class sires: Diamant de Semilly and Cassini I. The damsire Casall is one of the Holstein breeding region’s flagship competition and breeding stallions. He had an incredible career with Rolf-Göran Bengtsson, winning some of the biggest grand prix classes in the world, coming first in the Global Champions Tour and competing successfully at World Equestrian Games and European Championships. Casall is also an enigma as a breeding stallion, often competing against his own progeny in top-level classes. Back in the third remove are the genes of world-famous Capitol I, a stallion that unites Holstein performance horse blood on both sides of his pedigree and has sired many international show jumpers.

Man in Black is a stunning sport horse with a muscular build and captivating presence that makes heads turn wherever he competes. He’s also a true gentleman with wonderful character traits, most notably willingness and reliability. His qualities under the saddle and his scope over jumps make him the perfect partner for any rider. Light-footed and supple with a beautiful fluid movement through the back, Man in Black makes every jump look exquisitely elegant. This young stallion really does unite all the qualities you could ever want in a competition horse.

He came to us straight from his breeder to be brought on and from the day he arrived he’s been a “straight A student”. At competitions he has received top scores for his rideability, confident jump and rhythmic canter. Man in Black has won 1.15m young horse classes and been highly placed in 1.25m young horse classes.

“Here comes the Man in Black. The good guys dress in black, remember that”!
