The second weekend in Opglabbeek was also very successful

Under a radiant blue sky and in warm summer temperatures, the CSI4* in Opglabbeek once again provided the perfect stage for top-class equestrian sport and for great successes for our team. This weekend, Laura and Laurens were once again in superb form and celebrated outstanding results:

  • Emerite de Kergoet Z (eight-year-old by Emerald) impressed with Laura, delivering clear rounds and achieving placings in all three of her starts in the 1.40m classes of the CSI4*.

  • Flaubert du Busson (ten-year-old by Eldorado de Hus) secured 11th place with Laurens in a 1.45m Longines Ranking class after a faultless round and jump-off.

  • Hot Stuff EP (nine-year-old by Hickstead White) claimed placings in both a 1.40m and a 1.45m CSI4* class thanks to superb clear rounds.

  • Verdi’s Adel (eleven-year-old by Verdi) completed a 1.40m CSI4* class without any jumping faults.

  • New Zealand rider Luke Dee finished an impressive 4th with his Gangster WW in Sunday afternoon’s 1.55m Grand Prix after two fantastic rounds.
