South Africa meets Germany! Young riders visit Goch...

Thanks to Ronnie Healy, who has been training with his horses at our facility for several months while competing at shows across Europe, we had the pleasure of welcoming six talented young riders from South Africa and Zimbabwe last week.

For these young athletes, it was a truly special opportunity to become part of our daily training and competition routine for an entire week. Alongside intensive training sessions on our horses, carefully selected in advance according to each rider’s ability and performance level, they also successfully competed at our Hetzel Spring Masters. During their stay, the riders not only gained valuable sporting experience but also received an in-depth insight into the management and day-to-day operations of a professional competition stable. Particularly pleasing was the fact that they even achieved placings in strong classes on their borrowed horses, which naturally led to great excitement, cheers, and unforgettable moments of joy. The six young riders impressed everyone with their motivation, kindness, and constant good spirits. It was an absolute pleasure to host such a wonderful group. Ronnie Healy and his team in South Africa can be very proud to nurture such dedicated and talented students.

A special thank you also goes to our entire team, who supported the young guests with patience, positivity, and great commitment despite their own demanding daily schedule and the parallel running of our show. Without this effort, such a week would not have been possible.

We wish these young riders every success for the future and sincerely hope to welcome them back again soon.
