Student Johanna Hell wins team Gold at the European Championships for Children

An incredible achievement for our student Johanna Hell: At the European Championships for Children in Riesenbeck, she won the gold medal together with the German team.

Riding her mare Copacabana, Johanna delivered clear rounds both on the first day and in both rounds of the Nations Cup, making a decisive contribution to the team’s gold medal. With these faultless performances in the team competition, Johanna once again demonstrated her nerves of steel – an impressive performance on an international top level. She continued her strong form in the individual final as well: qualifying among the top 30 riders in Europe, she delivered yet another clear round in the first individual round. In the decisive final round, luck was unfortunately not on her side – but that does not take away from her outstanding overall performance. Four clear rounds at a European Championship is a remarkable achievement – especially for a rider who is just 14 years old.

On site, Johanna was supported and coached by Christine, who once again proved her expertise as a top-level trainer. After winning European Championship gold with Ingemar Hammarström in the Pony category, this is her second team gold medal with a different rider – a truly exceptional success that underlines her experience and sensitivity in developing young talents.

Our warmest congratulations go to you, Johanna, and to your family. And of course to coach Christine, our entire team at home, and the entire German gold-winning team: Maximilian Kögler, Luisa Charlotte Brocks, Justus Thomsen, Mathilde Beerbaum, national coach Eberhard Seemann, as well as their families and teams!
