It could hardly have gone better for our first international show of 2026: at CSI Peelbergen (NL) we enjoyed an exceptionally successful weekend. Laura and Laurens each competed with five horses, and we were also joined by four of our students with their horses, all of whom were fully supported and managed by our team. In total, 19 horses and more than 50 starts were on the schedule across the three competition days.
Around 60% of our rounds in the international jumping classes were clear, and the entire team collected numerous placings, from our youngest horses all the way up to the Grand Prix, including an international win. For us, this show was a great benchmark, confirming the current development of our horses as well as the consistent work of the entire team. We are even more excited for the rest of the 2026 season, and especially for our upcoming stay at the Sunshine Tour in Spain.
Angel D’Or (14-year-old by Askari) secured 10th place for Laura in the Medium Tour Final of the CSI2*, a 1.45m class with a jump-off.

With Most Wanted, she also delivered a faultless round in the CSI1*. And with her proven mare Copacabana, Johanna jumped clear in all three starts, finishing with an excellent 6th place in the CSI1* Grand Prix after two flawless rounds.
Ronnie Healy (South Africa) secured a placing with Cornet’s Mandarino in a 1.45m Big Tour class at the CSI2*.
Jenna Gilchrist, representing Namibia, made her show debut with her new partner Negroni (auction horse 2025) and was delighted with wonderful and very promising clear rounds on the international stage.
Antonia Baumgart also enjoyed an exceptionally successful weekend. Riding Lamango, she won a Medium Tour class at the CSI1* and also finished 2nd and 10th. With Blaya d’Ha Z, she collected international placings in all three starts, and in the saddle of Kelly Rose, she also secured a placing in the Youngster Tour for 7- and 8-year-old horses.
Warm congratulations to all owners of these outstanding horses and of course to our students as well.
