What a Week: Our Look Back at Aachen 2026
What a week in Aachen… Even a few days later, the many impressions of this very special World Championship are still with us. Of course, the performances of our students Ronnie and Tamara were very personal highlights for us. Seeing them compete on this incredible stage and being able to accompany them at their first World Championships was something truly special for everyone involved. But Aachen 2026 had so much more to offer: the gold medal for Germany, outstanding show jumping at the highest level, an enthusiastic crowd and the incomparable atmosphere at the Aachen Soers created countless goosebump moments. The individual final and its well-deserved medal winners once again reminded us exactly why we love our sport so much.
We were also particularly proud to see two horses with a special connection to our stable competing in Aachen. CSF Whipper Snapper VDL, together with his rider Derin Demirsoy, delivered wonderful rounds over the demanding World Championship courses. The pair performed with great confidence on this prestigious stage, and it makes us incredibly proud to follow the development of a horse who was once part of our stable all the way to this level. What a promising championship debut! Chaccoo de l’Escaut MM was also in Aachen. The still very young and highly talented athlete was nominated as reserve for the Swiss team together with his rider Alain Jufer. Being selected for a World Championship team is already a special achievement and a valuable experience for both horse and rider – and at the same time great motivation for the sporting challenges ahead.
Aachen once again showed us everything that makes our sport so special: outstanding performances, exceptional horses, genuine emotions and moments that will stay with us.
