This six-year-old Westphalian mare is a model athlete and an exemplary student. Muscular, powerful and full of positive energy, Stargazing has exactly the athleticism required for demanding courses. She unmistakably reflects her famous sire Comme il faut: full of type, expression and natural presence. Over a fence, Stargazing impresses with carefulness, speed and great flexibility. Her reactions are lightning-fast, she uses her body exceptionally well and remains alert and focused throughout the course. She demonstrated just how naturally she adapts to a new environment at her very first international show. Stargazing jumped clear in all three Youngster Tour classes, placed in both qualifiers and crowned the weekend with fifth place in the final after a strong jump-off. Nationally, she is a winner and highly placed in young-horse classes up to 1.25m and has already achieved top placings up to 1.35m. Stargazing is therefore not a prospect who still needs to be introduced to international sport. At her very first attempt she showed that she feels at home there and she is ready for the next, bigger tasks.
