The third final was secured by a guest from Switzerland—46-year-old Alain Jufer with F Ones Son MM, an eight-year-old gelding. The owners from Switzerland originally purchased the horse from Holger Hetzel in Goch.

It had been hinted at: The six-year-old Holsteiner gelding Uriel, sired by Uriko and out of Centurion won the final for six-year-old show jumping horses at the Tiemeyer x Hetzel Young Horse Masters with Sophie Hinners in the jump-off.

With Uriel she the second qualification, and with SMA Disney, secured second place in the qualification for seven and eight-year-old show jumping horses - this is a very good 'haul' for Nations Cup rider Sophie Hinners (Pfungstadt).

The opening day unfolded as desired: calm and welcoming.
